RETURNS:

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are NOT accepting any returns or exchanges at this time.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 HOURS of receiving your order. 

Identity Verification for Fraud Prevention:

To ensure the highest level of security for our customers, our website has implemented heightened fraud alert measures. Therefore, we kindly ask all customers to verify their identity. Rest assured, if there is a need for identity verification, we will reach out to you directly. It is important to have an up-to-date email address and phone number on file to facilitate this process.

Once glamposh1@gmail.com has reached out, there is a 48 HR hold on your requested items & payment. In the event that we do not receive verification or the customer refuses to provide requested information and/or documents , you will be charged a RESTOCK FEE of 8.99 & your balance will be REFUNDED back to the original payment method on file.

SHIPPING:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame that's expected PLEASE make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If we run into issues, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.

If after several attempts of contacting you, we do not get a response your order will be CANCELED and your money will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from glam posh you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local United States Postal Service office directly

Glam Posh does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, NOT THE DATE that it is PLACED if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic). Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

International shipping is available

International economy is 14-30 days. 

ONLINE PICKUP:

PLEASE allow 48 hours to fulfill your order, SAME-DAY PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE. So be sure to place your order 48-72 hours in advance.

Customers are allowed 7 days to pick up their order after the 7th day your order will be CANCELED WITHOUT REFUND. If your aren't able to pickup your order within 7 days, place your order to be shipped! 

If your reading this after placing a order & your are still in the 7 day time frame PLEASE reach out to customer service IMMEDIATELY, once the pick up period has passed we WILL NOT accommodate you! 

A pickup notification will be sent out once your order is ready. MAKE SURE your contact info is correct & follow ALL INSTRUCTIONS in email or text.
